Other High Income
Nearly 1 billion people live in High Income Countries. They sustain the highest life expectancy, lowest incidence of disease, lowest poverty rate, and lowest child mortality rate in the world. As a group they are experiencing a decrease in the annual population growth rate and slow economic growth, which could lead to economic difficulties as the population ages.
